1873 GERMANY BAVARIA GOLD 20 MARK COIN KING LUDWIG II Picture(s) and Description:

1873 Gold 20 Mark coin from the German State of Bavaria (Bayern) in near very fine condition. The obverse of the coin bears the portrait of King Ludwig II who ruled Bavaria between 1864 and 1886. Below his portrait there is a 'D' mint mark which indicates the coin was struck at the Munich Mint. The reverse design features the Imperial Deutsches Reich Eagle with denomination and year below.
